Parts are available for product repair and servicing, and we have a direct manufacturing background for our key suppliers, which ensures a high level of product support and service.
We market our products in accordance with the warranty and guarantee rules in force in Hungary. If the warranty or guarantee period is not indicated on a product or is unclear, please contact our colleagues for the period.
If you are a consumer and the product fails within 6 months of receipt of the product, you are legally presumed to have had the cause of the failure at the time of delivery. In this case, you only have to prove that the product has failed. However, our company has the right to have the cause of the defect investigated, even by an independent expert, to make sure that the cause of the defect existed at the time the product was delivered.
