High-efficiency self-priming pump with integrated high-capacity strainer prefilter
High-efficiency, quiet-running (53-64dBA) motor, an extremely reliable pump. Available from 0.5HP to 3HP, in both single-phase and three-phase versions. The strainer design significantly increases filtration capacity and reduces maintenance caused by clogging.
Completely watertight motor. Extremely quiet operation and high reliability, developed for water circulation and filtration in domestic and residential pools. In addition, it is suitable to a limited extent for agricultural and industrial applications, and also for continuous seawater circulation.
Suitable for pumping clean or slightly contaminated water, and also for water treated with high chlorine / bromine and PHMB (polyhexamethylene-biguanide) content or by chlorine electrolysis.
Can be used both as a fixed installation and as a portable pump.
The pump body and strainer basket are made of fiberglass-reinforced technopolymer. The prefilter lid is made of transparent, chemical-resistant polycarbonate. Diffuser made of reinforced technopolymer. Mechanical seal material: carbon / aluminium / NBR / AISI316. Pump body O-rings made of NBR, threaded fasteners and reinforcing rings made of AISI 316. Butterfly fill and drain plugs, which can be removed and reinstalled without tools. Has OTH approval.
Asynchronous, continuous-duty, 2-pole motor (S1), in a high power range from 0,5 HP to 3 HP, in both single-phase and three-phase versions. The motor housing is made of cast aluminium with an electrophoretic surface treatment, which prevents oxidation even in aggressive environmental conditions.
Single-phase version with built-in thermal and overcurrent protection and a permanent split capacitor (PSC), which is integrated in the terminal box for all versions.
Degree of protection of the motor and terminal box: IP55.
Insulation class: F.
Ball bearings: water-resistant, sealed, resistant to water and humidity.
