180/100 and 150/100 type reinforced pool liner. Reinforced PVC liner with a thickness of 1,8 mm and 1,5 mm, impregnated with lacquer in all 4 layers, flexible and smooth. The lacquered coating provides first-class protection against UV radiation, microorganisms and chlorine.
This type is characterized by an exclusive appearance, a variety of designs and patterns, as well as special colors. Aesthetically embossed 3D motifs add extra appeal to the advantages of reinforced PVC linings—namely easy and fast installation and excellent protective and waterproofing performance.
Sensitive liners are 1,8 mm thick, Ceram liners are 1,5 mm thick.
All liners in the 3D product family feature anti-slip properties in accordance with the EN 15836 European standard and the DIN 51097 standard. Manufactured in accordance with the 2010 EN 15836-2 European standard.
Sopremapool pool liners are manufactured using excellent-quality raw materials. During production, the carrier layer is impregnated, and the additional layers are then applied by lamination.
As a result, the 4 layers are manufactured in such a way that the outcome is a fully homogeneous liner with excellent weldability; it does not separate into layers even under the effect of heat.
Thanks to this reinforcement, the liner has high tensile strength and excellent dimensional stability.
Thanks to the developments in our laboratories, during the manufacturing process we impregnate a special lacquer into all 4 layers of the entire SOPREMAPOOL product range.
This significantly improves color fastness, as well as resistance to chlorine, to the build-up of deposits/soiling, and to microorganisms.
Supplementing the formulation with the „BIO-PAJZS” treatment provides full protection against the proliferation of microorganisms and prevents changes at the molecular structure level.
