DIAMANT 750 - Fiberglass composite pool

The Basewall pool design is guaranteed to meet all user requirements. We confidently recommend this specification to all our customers, as the warranty is assurance of the excellent base model as well.
Every pool is equipped with steel reinforcing brackets, which are essential during transport, crane lifting and installation.
The pools can also be ordered with a roller shutter compartment. Adjustable support legs for the pool side wall and for the steps can be ordered separately.

• rectangular pool with a 5-step stair set and a bench seat in the left corner
• pool coping: 13 cm wide, 4 cm high
• the pool base is thermally insulated with PU insulation material
• overall external dimensions: 7500 x 3500 x 1530 mm
• standard colors: white, beige, light blue

Composite pool layup:

• 1-3. layer: a 3-dimensional multicolor pool surface, which is a Gelcoat layer (first polyester gel layer) applied in successive layers using an injection process
• 4. layer: after applying the Barriercoat, a vinyl ester resin (vinyl acetate resin) buffer layer, finished with fiberglass. This layer is the primary guarantee for the entire structure, ensuring long-term osmotic resistance and exceptional mechanical properties
• 5. layer: special vinyl ester resin + ceramic core-material blend, which is also developed for osmotic resistance. This blend demonstrates the latest research results and the presence of advanced nanotechnology. (Ceramicwall)

• 7. layer: polyamide fabric reinforcement with impact-resistant, extra-flexible aramid fiber weave
